Chi Superior Abacha ( African Salad ) is a beloved traditional dishes prepared by the Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria.
Abacha is made from dried and shredded cassava root in a creamed Palm oil sauce, paired with fried fish, Cowfoot and garden eggs.
